These Terms of Service govern EIRS, the multi-source analytics platform operated by Crickit, LLC ("Crickit," "we," or "us"). EIRS supports internal and authorized enterprise financial research about companies, products, and events using online video, social media, and podcasts. Current coverage includes material associated with YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as podcast metadata and transcript excerpts. By accepting these Terms and using EIRS, you agree to the rules below.
These Terms apply to EIRS accounts, workspaces, private demonstrations, and related services. They do not govern Crickit's marketing website or consumer browser extension. You must have authority to accept these Terms for yourself and, if applicable, your organization. EIRS is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old. Before access to EIRS features, each user must accept these Terms and the EIRS Privacy Policy. An enterprise order or separately signed agreement may add commercial terms; if it expressly conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls the conflict.
EIRS displays or analyzes information associated with third-party platforms, publishers, and creators. Their content remains subject to their rights and applicable terms. Its appearance in EIRS does not mean Crickit owns, endorses, verifies, or has licensed it for reuse outside EIRS. Users must respect applicable source rights and any restrictions shown with the material.
EIRS uses YouTube API Services. By using EIRS, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube videos and players should be viewed through the YouTube links or embedded players provided in EIRS, without interfering with their controls or attribution.
EIRS identifies the origin of source material. Crickit research indicators and other proprietary outputs are produced by Crickit, labeled separately, and are not supplied, approved, or endorsed by YouTube, Google, or another source platform.
Subject to these Terms and any enterprise agreement, Crickit grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use EIRS for your organization's lawful internal research and evaluation. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure. Administrators may manage user access within their organization. You may use EIRS outputs only in ways consistent with applicable law, third-party rights, these Terms, and any limits shown in EIRS or an enterprise agreement.
You must not: (a) access or use EIRS in violation of law, a source platform's applicable terms, or another person's rights; (b) use EIRS to scrape a source platform, bypass access restrictions, or obtain scraped YouTube data or content; (c) download or separate YouTube audiovisual content or interfere with a YouTube player; (d) remove source labels, attribution, copyright notices, or player controls; (e) misrepresent Crickit analytics as source-platform metrics or alter YouTube-supplied values while presenting them as such; (f) use EIRS to harass or profile people based on sensitive protected attributes; (g) interfere with EIRS security or availability, evade limits, or access another customer's workspace; or (h) redistribute YouTube API Data as a standalone feed or resell access to YouTube API Services. These restrictions do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.
You are responsible for the queries, notes, files, and other information you submit to EIRS and must have the rights needed to submit them. You grant Crickit a limited license to process those inputs to provide and secure EIRS and to perform the services requested by you or your organization. As between you and Crickit, you retain your rights in your inputs. Crickit and its licensors retain rights in EIRS, its software, methods, designs, and independently generated analytics, subject to any express rights in an enterprise agreement. No rights to third-party content are transferred by these Terms.
6 Nature of the analytics
EIRS provides research tools and analytical estimates across multiple sources. Search coverage, public statistics, classifications, sentiment, factuality assessments, and other outputs can be incomplete, delayed, uncertain, or affected by source changes. A statistic from any platform may reflect the time it was observed rather than its present value; EIRS identifies historical observations in context. EIRS does not provide investment, legal, accounting, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for validating important conclusions and for your own decisions.
