If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and the separate App Services terms, the App Services terms will govern your use of the App Services.
Your use of the Website is also subject to our Website Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information through the Website. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Website Privacy Policy.

“Crickit” and any associated logos, trade dress, and branding are trademarks or service marks of Crickit, LLC.
All proprietary fact-checking concepts, product descriptions, and other Crickit-specific materials on the Website are proprietary to Crickit.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any right, title, or interest in or to the Website or its content to you, other than the limited license described above.
Except as expressly permitted in these Terms or by us in writing, you may not:

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
You and Crickit agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, USA, for any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website. You and Crickit waive any objection to such courts on the grounds of lack of personal jurisdiction, improper venue, or inconvenient forum to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any additional terms referenced herein (such as the Website Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Crickit regarding your use of the Website and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements on the same subject matter.
No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
Language. These Terms are provided in English, and English will control in the event of any translation or localization.
